My name is Brandon Bate, I am a psychotherapist in Abbotsford and Canadian Certified Counsellor offering compassionate trauma-informed therapy to individual adults and couples. HOW TO GET STARTED
STEP 1: Book a Free Consult
If you would like to meet me, hear about my approach, and ask any questions, I offer a free 20 minute consultation.
STEP 2: Intake Session
The first session will focus on discussing the specific reasons you are seeking therapy and assessing whether psychotherapy services are a good fit for your situation.
STEP 3: Therapy Treatment
We will then move on to setting some goals and schedule a period of time to engage in weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length. We will regularly check in to assess the process.
